We only publish reviews whose origin we can account for.
Some reach us by e-mail, a month after delivery, and carry the words "verified purchase": they come from someone whose order is on record with us. Others were left spontaneously on our Google Business listing, by people seen in Monaco; we reproduce them here as they were written, without sorting them.
You will find no recovery stories here. This is not excessive caution: European regulation prohibits associating a food supplement with a disease, a diagnosis or a treatment, including through a customer's voice. When a review contains that kind of statement, we go back to its author and offer to rephrase what they experienced, rather than publishing it as it stands or quietly setting it aside.
How we handle reviews
Who may leave one. Anyone who has placed an order on baranovamonaco.com receives an e-mail invitation thirty days after delivery. Google reviews come from people seen or advised by BARANOVA MONACO; they are left freely and do not pass through us.
What we verify. Reviews collected by e-mail are tied to an order number by our provider Judge.me and carry the "verified purchase" mark. Reviews from Google are not verified by us and are identified as such.
Consideration. No review is paid for, discounted, or obtained in exchange for any advantage.
Publication and retention. Each review is published within five working days and stays online for three years from the date it was left.
Grounds for refusal. We do not publish reviews that are abusive or defamatory, that bear no relation to a product or a service, that contain a third party's personal data, or that associate a product with a disease, a diagnosis or a treatment. A review is never refused because of the rating it carries. Where we refuse one, we tell its author and offer to rephrase.
Display. Reviews are shown from most recent to oldest. No ranking favours high ratings.
Replies and contact. We reply publicly beneath reviews. To report a review or contact its author, write to baranovamonaco@gmail.com.
