Return & refund policy
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for hygiene and safety reasons.
1. No Refunds or Returns
All sales are final. In accordance with health and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or issue refunds, whether the product has been opened or not.
2. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the shipping date at baranovamonaco@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution (replacement or refund) only in cases where the parcel did not reach the customer or the damage is confirmed and documented.
